Ingredients:
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters optional
- A large piece cotton candy pink
- Lemon zest for garnish
- 150 ml Sparking Rose chilled and 60 ml marshmallow vodka
- Sparkling water

Steps:
- Put cotton candy in your glass and pour Sparkling Rose and marshmallow vodka over it to settle it in.
- Top it with sparkling water and ice.
- Wait for the cotton candy to melt and dissolve in a jiffy while it brings out that impeccable sweetness.
